INGREDIENTS
- 1 Tbsp. Avocado Oil
- 2 Tbsp. Ghee, Melted
- 1 Lb. Raw, De-Veined & Peeled Wild-Caught Shrimp
- Juice From 1/2 Lemon
- 2 Tbsp. Minced Garlic
- 1 Tbsp. Fresh Oregano
- 1 Tbsp. Fresh Thyme
- 1 Tbsp. Fresh Parsley Sea Salt & Black Pepper to Taste
- Wooden Skewers
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat skillet to medium-high. Add avocado oil to coat pan. If using wooden skewers, soak in water 30 minutes prior to cooking.
- Season shrimp with oregano, thyme, parsley, sea salt & pepper.
- In a small mixing bowl, combine ghee, garlic & lemon juice. Coat shrimp in butter mixture, reserving a small amount for later.
- Thread shrimp onto skewers, and cook on a skillet for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until shrimp is opaque. Brush reserved butter mixture onto shrimp and cook for an additional 30 seconds. Remove from and serve immediately with additional fresh herbs as desired.
